We offer a complete package of photography, e-marketing and printing. Our basic package includes 1 digital headshot using the newest SLR (single lens reflex) digitial camera manufactured by Fuji, computer clean up, 5 meg homepage on our hollywoodstudiosonline.com servers, your own personal email (yourname@hollywoodstudiosonline.com) which allows you to send and receive. Your direct link to your webpage would be: yourname.hollywoodstudiosonline.com

    • Our basic film package offers you the opportunity to use traditional film ... our choice is Tri X Pan 320 iso by Kodak or Plus X Pan 125 iso by Kodak, shot using the Mamiya RZ 67 Pro II fashion camera. This system produces a negative 4.5 times larger than standard 35mm, which offers more information and higher details. Polaroid proofs are included (up to 5). Scanning of chosen headshot along with our great homepage deal are also included.

    • Alternative Options

    We also offer alternative options such as audio video streaming. This allows you to place a short 30 second audio or video clip. Cost ... $10.00 per year.

    Scanning of your existing images ... $10.50 each.

    Adding additional images (up to 4) ... $15.00 per year.


    Scheduling A Shoot

    Twice a week we schedule photo shoots. The easiest way is for you to fill out our online "Photo Shoot" request form. Each basic shoot is for one hour. All shoots are by appointment only with a prepayment. No refunds for no shows. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

    Homepage Only

    If you're interested in a homepage with emails so you can be in our database but don't need the photography, thats okay too... infact, you can sign up for our homepage promotion for one year for as low as $65.00 per year. This includes your company name, logo, credits, affiliations, and basic sales information.

    Renewal Plans

    Annual renewal rates are as follows:

    Basic digital package ... $45.00 per year
    Basic film package ... $45.00 per year
    Upgraded packages ... $55.00 per year

    All renewals must be made on or before expiration date. No electronic or paper invoices will be sent. Each homepage has an expiration date on it.


    Updates to Homepages

    Updates to your homepage are allowed. Each update will be made by hollywoodstudiosonline.com. No more than 1 update per month is allowed. Each update will be charged a min of $15.00. This shall include 1 picture, credits, affiliations or contact information.

    Additional updates are available upon request and shall be priced per request.


    Access To Our Database

    Our database is only available to recognized casting directors, producers, directors or anyone working on a valid production who has pre-registered with hollywoodstudiosonline.com.

    In order to protect our members, we insure to the best of our ability to investigate each and every registration who is requesting access.


    Spam E-Mails

    At no time is any member permitted to use their assigned email for any unsolicited marketing or bulk email. Detection of unsolicited emails by any member will result in immediate removal from our database.


    Nudity

    hollywoodstudiosonline.com does not allow pornography on their servers. All nudity must conform to the National Board of Education; Fiqure Study.


    Cancellations

    All cancellations from our members program must be made in writing ie., e-mail. Validation of the member requesting cancellation must be made before cancellation will be executed.

    At the time of payment for new registration, each member will provide identification such as a drivers license number or credit card number. This identification will be used to validate authorization for any changes.


    Disclaimer

    At no time does hollywoodstudiosonline.com make any representation to providing or help providing work for any member.

    All services offered in our "entertainment database" members program is strickly for self promotion by way of having an online e-brochure with contact information and the abiltiy for each member to offer direct access to their personal e-brochure page.

    hollywoodstudiosonline.com shall make any and all information available to industry related producers, directors, production and casting companies for free upon approval by hollywoodstudiosonline.com.

    hollywoodstudiosonline.com receives no additional fees or payments, outside listed rates, from any member who does receive work by way of using this database.
